Following the recent trend in IT, there have been concerted initiatives to promote open source GIS. To jumpstart your knowledge and use of open source GIS, the TNGIC Technical Committee compiled a list of essential online resources. We continue to update this list and as a user, in the spirit of open source, your input is important.
