Event Parking

Free event parking is available at the Fleming Training Center. 

Event Sponsorship

Your generous support enables us to offer this event to the geospatial community of Middle Tennessee for free. Door prize items may be donated without registering as a sponsor.

  • Partners will be recognized during the event.
  • Partner logos will be visible on this webpage.
  • Partners will be recognized on the TNGIC social media channels.
  • Partner logos will be displayed throughout the event space.
  • Partner logos will appear during large group gatherings and meals.
  • Door prize donors will be recognized with their donations.

Sponsorship Tiers

  • Partners may choose to sponsor a single TNGIC regional event for $250
  • Partners may choose to sponsor all three regional TNGIC regional events for $500
  • Partners sign up when registering for the event
  • Partners will need to submit a high quality digital logo (prefer vector format or a png with a transparent background if possible), company URL, and social media handles.

We are looking for presentations for the upcoming Middle Tennessee Fall forum. Presentations slots are usually 20 minutes with a 15 minute presentation and a 5 minute question and answer session. If you are interested in organizing a different type of session (panel discussion, lightning talks, etc), please contact the event organizers.

Volunteer Opportunities

TNGIC is an entirely volunteer run organization. Please consider arriving to the event early to help with setup or staying late to help with tear down. You can also contact one of the conference committee members below for specific volunteer opportunities.
